Tumkur: Mythriya Gowda, the actress, who has filed a rape and cheating case against Karthik Gowda, son of Union railway minister Sadananda Gowda, after he got engaged to another woman, performed a puja to resolve all her problems.
Ms Mythriya Gowda said that Mr Karthik Gowda had married her earlier and she wanted justice. “With a vow to become the rightful daughter-in-law of D.V. Sadananda Gowda and Daati, I and my family members performed a puja at the Mahakala Sarpa Yagna in Ghati Subramanya,” said Ms Mythriya Gowda here on Sunday.
The yagna is said to help those facing marital problems and childless couples. Meanwhile, Karnataka Chief Minister Siddaramaiah said that the government will not intervene in the case “Everybody is equal before the law and law will take its own course,” he said.
