Telangana, Andhra Pradesh pin hopes on Narendra Modi on officers allocation

Naidu has already written to Mr Modi urging the allotment of senior IAS officers
Hyderabad: The Prathyush Sinha Committee has refused to change the state cadre as had been sought by many officers and decided to leave the decision to the Department of Training and Personnel.
