Trisha stars in the remake of Dookudu, which has become a big hit and is creating waves in Sandalwood

Hyderabad: Trisha, who is very popular with the Telugu and Tamil audience, has made her Kannada debut with the film Power opposite Puneet Rajkumar. This film is a remake of the Telugu blockbuster Dookudu.
The film that was recently released has now become a huge hit and is creating records all over the Kannada film industry. Though Trisha had received several other offers in Kannada, it was Power that she accepted and it turned out to be a good choice. “Thanks 2 my POWER team, d kannada industry, d press n my well-wishers for the warmest welcome n acceptance, [sic]” Trisha tweeted.
The actress is currently busy with a Telugu film opposite Balakrishna and also has many Tamil films lined up.
