Jaitley said Union government is totally committed to both the states

Visakhapatnam: Defence minister Arun Jaitley said the Centre was committed on the assurances given by the previous UPA government to the Andhra Pradesh and Telangana states, during bifurcation.
“The Union government is totally committed on all the assurances given by the Centre, to both the states and also that was said by the Prime Minister Narendra Modi. Everything will be done as per the procedure,” Mr Jaitley said on the sidelines of the ceremony held on the occasion of commissioning of the first indigenously built stealth Anti-Submarine Warfare
(ASW) Corvette INS Kamorta at Naval Base here.
After the commissioning, Jaitley was taken for ‘walk around’ of the new warship. He was later taken on a speed boat, by the naval authorities to show around the naval establishments and ships anchored.
