Special trains for Onam and Ganesh Chaturthi

Advance reservation for special trains will commence from Sept 23
Chennai: Special trains will be operated to Ernakulam, Nagercoil, Mangalore and Trivandrum in view of Onam and Vinayaka Chaturthi.
Special train No: 06346 (Ernakulam Jn. – Chennai Central superfast special) will leave Ernakulam junction at 7pm on September 4 and 11 (Thursdays) and reach Chennai Central at 7.15am the next day. Train No: 06345 will leave Chennai Central at 10.30pm on September 5 and 12 (Fridays) and reach Ernakulam at10.45am the next day. The trains will stop at Aluva, Thrissur, Palakkad, Coimbatore, Tiruppur, Erode, Salem, Jolarpettai, Katpadi and Arakkonam. Train No.06346 Ernakulam Jn. – Chennai Central superfast special train will stop at Perambur also.
Nagercoil – Mangalore Jn.
Special train no: 06306 will leave Nagercoil at 9pm on September 7 (Sunday) and reach Mangalore at 12.45pm hrs the next day. Train No: 06305 will leave Mangalore at 2.45pm on September 8 (Monday) and reach Nagercoil at 5.50amthe following day. The trains will stop at Kulitturai, Parassala, Neyyatinkara, Thiruvananthapuram, Varkala, Kollam, Kayankulam, Chengannur, Tiruvalla, Chenganaseri, Kottayam, Ernakulam Town, Aluva, Thrissur, Shoranur Jn., Kuttipuram, Tirur, Kozhikkode, Vadakara, Thalassery, Kannur, Payyanur, Kanhangad and Kasaragod.
Tiruchchirappalli – Mangalore Jn.
Special train No: 06801 Tiruchchirappalli – Mangalore train will leave Tiruchchirappalli at 7pm on September 6 (Saturday) and reach Mangalore at 9amthe following day. Train No: 06802 will leave Mangalore at 12.30pm on September 7 (Sunday) and reach Tiruchchirappalli at 12.20am on September 8 (Monday). The trains will stop at Karur, Erode, Tiruppur, Coimbatore, Palakkad, Shoranur Jn., Kuttipuram, Tirur, Kozhikkode, Vadakara, Thalassery, Kannur, Payyanur, Kanhangad and Kasaragod.
Chennai Central – Mangalore Jn.
Special train no: 06003 will leave Chennai Central at 6.30pm on September 04 and 11 (Thursdays) and reach Mangalore at 11.15am the next day. Train No: 06004 will leave Mangalore at 2.45pm on September 5 & 12 (Fridays) and reach Chennai Central at 7.45am the next day. The trains will stop at Arakkonam, Katpadi, Jolarpettai, Salem, Erode, Tiruppur, Coimbatore, Palakkad, Shoranur, Kuttipuram, Tirur, Kozhikkode, Vadakara, Thalassery, Kannur, Payyanur, Kanhangad and Kasaragod. Train No.06004 Mangalore Jn. – Chennai Central special train will stop at Perambur also.
Thiruvananthapuram to Chennai Central
Special train no: 06348 will leave Thiruvananthapuram at 7pm on September 3(Wednesday) and reach Chennai Central at 11.30am the next day. The train will stop at Kollam, Kayankulam, Chengannur, Tiruvalla, Chenganaseri, Kottayam, Ernakulam Town, Aluva, Thrissur, Palakkad, Coimbatore, Tiruppur, Erode, Salem, Jolarpettai, Katpadi, Arakkonam and Perambur.
Chennai Central – Nagercoil (via.Chennai Egmore, Vriddhachalam)
Special train No: 06005 will leave Chennai Central at 7.30pm and leave Chennai Egmore at 8.20pm on September 28 (Thursday) and reach Nagercoil at 11.05amthe next day. Train No.06006 will leave Nagercoil at 1.30pm on September 29(Friday), reach Chennai Egmore at 4.20am and Chennai Central at 5am the next day. The trains will stop at Chennai Egmore, Tambaram, Chengalpattu, Villupuram, Vriddhachalam, Tiruchchirappalli, Dindigul, Madurai, Virudhunagaar, Satur, Kovilpatti, Vanchi Maniyachchi, Tirunelveli and Valliyur.
Train No.06006 Nagercoil – Chennai Central special train will stop at Mambalam also.
Advance reservation for all the aforesaid trains will commence on September 23.
