Jaipur: The district court, hearing the sexual harassment case against Union minister Nihal Chand and some other influential people, has asked police to serve summon to him.
The order was issued by additional district judge P.P. Gupta after the police told the court that he could not be served the summons as he was not at his Jaipur residence.
The judge asked the Sriganganagar SP to find out the address of Mr Chand in Raisinghnagar and in Delhi address and serve summons.
