Hyderabad: The NTR Jr-Samantha starrer Rabhasa that was slated for an August 15-release has been postponed to August 29.
According to a source, the film’s computer graphics and post-production work may not be complete within the stipulated time, that’s why, the film’s release date has been pushed further.
Another reason to postpone the film is Alludu Seenu. This film is produced by the same producer and is doing well at the box-office so it doesn’t make financial sense to disturb the revenue with the release of another big film. “There are a few other films that are running well and they can’t be removed from the theatres. So theatres, too, are a problem for the release of Rabhasa. So due to multiple reasons we decided to postpone its release for two weeks,” says the source.
