Hyderabad: Versatile actor Mohan Babu has gone bald for his upcoming film which is being directed by Ram Gopal Varma.
“I have worked with some of the best directors like Dasari Narayana Rao, K. Raghavendra Rao and many others, but they never asked me to go bald, but RGV insisted on this. So I will shave my head to look completely different for my upcoming film,” Mohan Babu had announced earlier.
The actor is also supportive of his son, for his new method of releasing his film. “Whoever buys our film in a particular theatre, his name will be mentioned in the credit list along with the other technicians,” said Mohan Babu. “This way middlemen between the producer and the exhibitor can be avoided. Any film lover can invest directly and they can see their name on the screen in any theatre. Many people want to see their name on the big screen and this is a good opportunity for that,” he added.
