New Delhi: The horrific incident in which a 10-year-old dalit girl was raped in Jharkhand on the diktat of village panchayat head was raised in the RS on Friday with the entire House demanding stringent punishment against the culprits, forcing the government to promise necessary action.
“Necessary action will be initiatedafter taking up the issue with the PM,” minister for social justice and empowerment Thawarchand Gehlot said as the House condemned the incident and demanded immediate action
