Rehman to play Ram Charan’s father

Actor was roped in by director Vamsi Krishna for Govindudu Andarivadele

Hyderabad: Shooting for the Krishna Vamsi’s family entertainer film Govindudu Andarivadele is on, with a lot of actors involved in it. The newest entrant is Rehman who will play Charan’s father.

Director Vamsi Krishna was on the lookout for a suitable father character and wanted to cast Jagapathi Babu in the role. However, he is busy shooting for Rajinikant’s film. So, popular actor Rehman was roped in.

Prakash Raj has been cast as Charan’s grandfather with Jayasudha acting opposite him. Actor Srikanth has been cast as Charan’s uncle and Kajal Agarwal and Kamalinee Mukherjee are playing the female leads opposite Charan and Srikanth. Sources have confirmed his casting in the film.
