Rishi Kapoor asks media to leave

To avoid questions about Ranbir and Katrina, Sr. Kapoor did this act

Mumbai: Rishi Kapoor is known as a man who doesn’t mince words, especially when he has to make his displeasure evident to the media. Last year he had lashed out at the media when pictures of his son Ranbir and Katrina Kaif’s private vacation went viral. But since then he has maintained a low profile.

A few days ago, the senior Kapoor arrived at a book store for a book launch. Apparently, he was told that only still photographers will be there. So Rishi was shocked to find news channels at the venue. According to eyewitnesses, Rishi didn’t wait for his team to ask the media to vacate the venue.

“He was polite but curt when he asked the media officials from news channels to leave. It was clear that he wanted to avoid questions about Ranbir and Katrina. He personally escorted the media out of the venue,” says an eyewitness.

While actors are known to have a volatile relationship with the media, it can be a bit much on the part of an actor to ask the media to leave the venue. From Amitabh Bachchan to Sharmila Tagore, star parents have often had to deal with the questions about their sons and daughters. Rishi’s behaviour did not go down well with those around.
