Hyderabad: With the aim to promote Hyderabad’s heritage, a new weekend package tour has been started by the Telangana Tourism Department. The tours will be held every weekend.
The special heritage tour will include the sound and light show at the Golconda fort, Shilparamam and the Taramati Baradari complex.
Unlike other tour packages, which include museums or even the Film City, this package focuses on the sound and light shows. The aim is to create awareness about the city’s rich history.
The tour will cost about Rs 750 for adults and Rs 600 for children. It will starts from the Tourism Plaza at 5 pm every Saturday and Sunday, and end at the same spot by 10.30 pm.
