Just when things were starting to cool off between Salman Khan and Shah Rukh Khan, there comes another twist in the story. On Wednesday, Salman took to Twitter to enquire about the status of the semi final IPL match being played between his friend Preity Zinta’s Kings XI Punjab and arch rival SRK’s Kolkata Knight Riders. Clearly, Salman was rooting for Preity and her team. “Salman’s likes and dislikes are very clear. Like everyone, he too must’ve been curious about the results of the match. But making his support obvious and blatant could’ve been avoided,” say sources close to KKR.
Buzz is that SRK too wasn’t happy with Salman for showing his support for the rival team. “Though they never officially patched up, they had just started to acknowledge each other’s presence and greet each other in parties and events,” adds our source. Well, it wasn’t too long ago that the two had become ‘friends’ again.
