Hyderabad: Ravi Teja’s upcoming film was finally announced on Wednesday. Unofficially titled Kick 2, actor-producer Kalyan Ram said that the film is not a sequel to the previous movie Kick.
Ram said, “This will not be a sequel to Kick, and we are also planning to change the title to avoid any confusion. Ravi Teja will continue to play his character from Kick though and the movie will be directed by Surendar Reddy.”
Surendar Reddy, after the success of Race Gurram, is currently busy writing the script of this film which will start shooting in August this year. Vakkantham Vamsi who wrote the story for Kick will be working on this movie too.
The film will be produced by Nandamuri Kalyan Ram under the banner of NTR Arts. The rest of the cast and crew are yet to be announced by the makers.
