Mumbai: After the humongous success of ‘Chennai Express’, it was just a matter of time for Rohit Shetty and Shah Rukh Khan to collaborate again. While Shah Rukh is currently shooting for ‘Happy New Year’, which will be the big 2014 Diwali release, he has also signed up for Yash Raj Film’s ‘Fan’ by Maneesh Sharma-Rahul Dholakia’s ‘Raes’, produced by Excel Entertainment.
Rohit Shetty, who is currently filming the last schedule of ‘Singham 2’, will team up again with Shah Rukh Khan. Though the timeline has not been planned yet and it will happen once they sit down to discuss, it’s celebration news for all those who loved their collaboration in ‘Chennai Express’.
Confirming this, he was quoted in Bombay Times when asked about his next after ‘Singham 2’ he said, “A film with Shah Rukh. It will be a full-on entertainer.”
According to reports, the film is tentatively called 'Punjab Express'.
