Hyderabad: After AICC president Sonia Gandhi it is now the turn of AICC vice president Rahul Gandhi who is coming to Telangana today. Pinning high hopes from the region, Congress aims to win the confidence of voters after the highly debated bifurcation.
He would address two meetings at Mahbubnagar and at Nizamabad at 2.30 pm and Nizamabad at 4.30 pm.
Rahul Gandhi would also visit Warangal, the native district of Telangana PCC president Ponnala Laxmaiah, on April 25. Speculation if rife that Mr Gandhi might hold a road show in Hyderabad.
Sonia Gandhi is scheduled to come to Telangana on April 27. Telangana PCC leaders are discussing with AICC leaders to change the venue of Sonia Gandhi’s meeting on April 27.
