Chennai: Director Hari, is all set to start his next project with actor Vishal titled Poojai, and the first look of the film was also revealed recently.
Shruti Haasan who was last seen in 3, will be playing the female lead in the film. Hari has roped in veteran actor Sathyaraj to play an important role in the film. Radhika also plays a crucial role.
When DC contacted the director to ask about the film, he says, “Just like a triangular love story, Poojai is a traingular action film with an interesting plot. The film is set in the background of Coimbatore, and it also a portrays a beautiful love story. It has elements of family values and sentiments.”
Soori has also been roped in for the film. The film’s shoot will begin today (April 18) in Chennai, and the next schedule will be in Coimbatore. There are also speculations in the industry that Hari’s next film will be with Suriya. It is to be noted that, Hari’s last film Singam 2 was a blockbuster.
