Experts at Display Mate have stated that the Samsung Galaxy S5 has the best ever display screen. MobileBurn said that Display Mate had received the Galaxy S5 for analysis and they began testing the unit in various form of lighting, including a range from full brightness to ultra-dim settings, meant to gauge how a smartphone can be used when lying in bed at night without disturbing the person lying next to you.
The tests were done beyond the layman issues about brightness and pixels. They later concluded that the Galaxy S5 is ahead of any other device on the market.
They also examined how the display affects the overall battery performance, how it adapts to ambient lighting and deals with contrast. It also tested how it represents color accuracy and still manages to maintain consistency.
