The director shot an action sequence with Ajay Devgn in Kharghar
Mumbai:Trust Rohit Shetty to stick to his trademark style of hard core action in 'Singham 2' starring Ajay Devgn and Kareena Kapoor. The actor has kicked off the first schedule of the film and has filmed a very intelligent action sequence with Ajay.
An insider from the production told Deccan Chronicle that Rohit Shetty shot an action sequence with Ajay Devgn in Kharghar few days ago. The scene in question is the car blast sequence where the cars fly at least 50 feet above ground level. It's a scene where the focus is on Ajay Devgn running and the blasts is taking place in the background.
Rohit Shetty is very particular about the safety of his stunt man and he took all the necessary precautions before shooting the sequence. It was shot in Kharghar for a couple of days in an isolated road.
Rohit Shetty has now earned the image of blowing up cars in his movies, be it in the 'Golmaal' series or in 'Chennai Express'. But he hates it when anyone asks him that how many cars he will be blowing up in his next movie. He feels that its not a joke blowing up a car as there are real people inside the car when the blasts happen. Though you first read it here on DC, if you bump into Rohit, don't make the mistake of asking that question.
