‘OK Google’ now on Chrome Beta

Google has added voice command activation to its Chrome Beta

Google has introduced an ‘OK Google’ voice command to offer a hands-free search for Chrome Beta.

Chrome's new build, at present, is available on Linux, Mac and Windows, allows web surfers to use Google's search engine just by speaking. Each user needs to activate the voice command by saying "OK Google," which will follow up by the browser and start searching on any spoken query. One can also set a timer or a schedule a reminder as well.

Latin Post also reported that Android 4.4 KitKat users can start using "OK Google" for web searches. Google is excited about the possibilities this new feature could provide users.

Parents will be able to manage their children's access with more ease and efficiently give supervised user controls. Developers will also be able to create images that adapt resolution based on varying screen sizes.
