Kriti Sanon, who made her debut opposite Mahesh Babu in 1 Nenokkadine, is happy that everybody is appreciating her performance.
She met Mahesh on the sets on the first day of shooting. “I knew all about Mahesh and that he is a huge star. My first scene with him was shot in Goa. Actually, I came late on the first day. When I reached the spot, he was already there. I felt nervous as I also had to get ready to speak the dialogues, in a language which is new for me,” says Kriti adding that, “He (Mahesh) was very calm and he let me take my own time to settle down. Sometimes I would need a few more takes, but he would be patient and encouraging,” says Kriti about Mahesh.
There were a lot of action scenes in the film. Kriti was involved in some scenes and those were mostly on the sea. “I wasn’t scared, but I was nervous. I don’t know how to swim and one particular scene I was apprehensive about was when Mahesh takes me from the yacht; because it was shot in the middle of the sea. But I guess there were so many people around to take care of you. Honestly, though it was a great experience, it’s not something I would love to do again,” says Kriti.
