Karthik Subburaj of Pizza fame is directing Siddharth in the action drama, Jigarthanda, starring Lakshmi Menon as the female lead. The film is nearly complete except for one schedule and Suresh Kondeti has bought the rights of the Telugu version. “Karthik has proved himself with Pizza and this film too has a unique story. The basic plot revolves around a city-based action drama, so it will attract youngsters,” says Suresh.
Interestingly, this is Karthik and Siddharth’s second project together. The actor, aggressively promoted Pizza on social media when it released last year.
