Anna Lezhneva is a Russian national. Pawan met her in 2011 while shooting for 'Teen Maar'. While Pawan was the male lead in the movie, Anna played a small character in it. As per reports, both fell in love on the sets and moved in together. Subsequently, the couple even had a baby girl. They did not solemnise their marriage then as Pawan had not yet officially divorced his second wife Renu Desai.
Pawan has two kids with Renu. After their separation, sources maintain, Renu moved to Pune. Pawan used to go to Pune to meet the kids or the family used to Hyderabad during the holidays.
But when the news of Pawan’s third marriage broke out earlier this year, the media had got it somewhat wrong. Some sections of the media claimed that Pawan had married his 'Teen' Maar co-star Dana Marks. Dana had attended the audio launch of the film and had taken the seat next to Pawan. Several media houses published that very photograph to prop up their argument. The actor, however, never denied his third marriage. He did not comment on his relationship with Anna either.
Incidentally, after Anna started living-in with Pawan, she had a complete makeover. She took to wearing only cotton saris and started sporting bindis. Barring a few people close to Pawan, nobody could identify her. The actor often took Anna out to dinner several times, but they never attended any public event together. He has only introduced her to his mother and had once taken her to his brother Nagababu’s house. Anna has never been to Pawan’s elder brother Chiranjeevi’s house either.
Though the news of Pawan’s marriage is not new, some have hinted at a conspiracy behind the leaking of the marriage certificate. This is what the buzz is. A few months ago, Pawan’s film 'Atharintiki Daredi' was also leaked before its release. At the film’s success meet, Pawan had claimed that there were a few people conspiring against him and maintained that he knew the names.
Recently, there had been a rumour that the actor may have joined the TD. Sources claim, there’s indeed a push to ‘tarnish’ the actor’s image in the public.
