It’s a well known secret that Sundar C, the humour specialist who turned actor, is currently busy with a comedy horror film, titled 'Aranmanai'. The psychological thriller is a multi-starrer, which features Sundar C, Hansika and Santhanam in prominent roles with Andrea, Lakshmi Rai, Vinay and Kovai Sarala in key characters. A little birdie tells us that Sundar C plays the brother of Andrea while Lakshmi Rai will be romancing him. Sources say it is a script with supernatural elements along the lines of Chandramukhi with Sundar C’s touch and Hansika essays an unusual role. In an earlier interview with this newspaper, Hansika told that her character in Aranmanai was not one that she had attempted before. An insider tells DC that though she does not have a typical romantic pairing in the movie, she does have Vinay as her jodi.
