APCRDA Chief Reviews Iconic Towers’ Progress in Amaravati

Vijayawada: Andhra Pradesh Capital Region Development Authority (APCRDA) has intensified its monitoring of key infrastructure projects in Amaravati. On Thursday, its commissioner V. Vijaya Rama Raju inspected the ongoing construction of Iconic Tower 1 as well as Iconic Tower 2 at the Amaravati Government Complex (AGC).
Accompanied by additional commissioner Abhishek Kumar, Vijaya Rama Raju reviewed the pace of construction and assessed the progress of the landmark towers, which form a vital part of the government complex being developed in Amaravati, termed the People's Capital of Andhra Pradesh.
The commissioner, along with senior officials, participated in a detailed review meeting with contractors, engineers, and project officials overseeing the execution of the works. Vijaya Rama Raju directed the executing agencies to strictly adhere to the prescribed quality standards, while ensuring that the project is completed within the stipulated time frame.
He stressed that the construction should be carried out with the highest levels of quality, safety, and operational efficiency, even as the pace of execution is accelerated. He underscored the need for timely completion of the project without compromising on construction standards.
