TGMC Initiates Action on Eleven Unauthorized Medical Practitioners in Nizamabad

Proceedings were initiated against individuals allegedly involved in unauthorised medical practice.

Hyderabad: The Telangana Medical Council (TGMC) conducted anti-quackery inspections in Nizamabad town and initiated action on 11 unauthorised medical practitioners in surrounding areas on Saturday. The team consisted of Dr Kiran Kumar Thotawar, vice-chairman; Dr Sunny Davis Ayyala, legal and anti-quackery committee chairman and Dr Zakaraiah co-opted member, of the council.

Proceedings were initiated against individuals allegedly involved in unauthorised medical practice: M. Linga Goud of Sri Raja First Aid Centre, Kasab Galli; Arif Mohammed of Huda First Aid Clinic, Mujahidnagar; C. Jhalandar, V. Laxmi Manohar Rao, Chakravarthy Dawakhana, Weekly Bazaar; Adloori Raju of Swathi First Aid Clinic, Varni Road; Darvani Narayana of Sucharitha Clinic and Mahesh Kunden of Sri Shiva Sai Clinic (both at Nyalkal Road0; A. Mallesham of Chandana First Aid Centre and Sunil of Sandhya Medical (both at RR Chowrastha); Uppu Rajanikanth of Uppu Balraj First Aid Centre and Gangakishan Rajarajeshwara Clinic, both in Aloor village.
