Telangana: Power Utility Gets Real-Time Dashboard

Hanamkonda: Telangana Northern Power Distribution Company Limited (TGNPDCL) has introduced an integrated digital dashboard to improve operational efficiency, real-time monitoring and consumer service delivery.
TGNPDCL chairman and managing director Karnati Varun Reddy said the platform would enable data-driven decision-making by bringing key operational data from operations, finance, human resources, projects, purchase and materials management, MRT and consumer care centres onto a single interface.
The dashboard will help senior officials monitor inventory, employee strength, complaints, project progress, transformer failures, billing, collections and inspections in real time. It will also provide advance alerts on material shortages, track the 1912 call centre, monitor pending complaints and identify recurring problem areas to reduce power interruptions.
