HYDERABAD: The twin cities hospitals suppliers’ association urged Gandhi hospital authorities to clear long-pending bills for medicines and medical equipment.

A delegation from the association on Wednesday met Dr Usharani, who recently assumed charge as the new superintendent of Gandhi general hospital. During the meeting, the association representatives brought to her attention several critical issues faced by the agencies that continuously supply medicines, surgical instruments, and medical equipment to the hospital.

They expressed their distress to the superintendent, noting that they have been facing severe financial difficulties due to the long-pending bills.
