MHSRB Releases Provisional Merit Lists for Specialist Doctor Posts
The lists have been released for ophthalmology, ENT, pathology, dermatology, psychiatry, pulmonary medicine, forensic medicine, hospital administration, biochemistry and microbiology.
Hyderabad: The Medical and Health Services Recruitment Board (MHSRB) on Tuesday released the provisional merit lists for civil assistant surgeon (specialist) posts in 10 more departments taking forward the recruitment process for specialist doctors in government hospitals under the Directorate of Secondary Healthcare (Telangana Vaidya Vidhana Parishad).
The lists have been released for ophthalmology, ENT, pathology, dermatology, psychiatry, pulmonary medicine, forensic medicine, hospital administration, biochemistry and microbiology.
The government had issued a notification for the recruitment of 1,616 civil assistant surgeon (specialist) posts. With Tuesday’s announcement the recruitment process for 1,192 posts has been completed.
Based on the latest provisional merit lists, candidates have been shortlisted for certificate verification in a 1:2 ratio against the notified vacancies. The list of candidates selected for verification has been made available on the MHSRB website. Certificate verification will be conducted on August 13 and 14 at the Indian Institute of Health and Family Welfare, Vengal Raonagar.
The board has kept August 17 as a reserve day for candidates who are unable to attend the verification on the scheduled dates and those who need to submit pending certificates. Candidates have been instructed to bring their original certificates along with two sets of photocopies of each document. These include Aadhaar, SSC or equivalent certificate showing date of birth, community/caste certificate and other required documents.
