Hyderabad: Based on an online complaint regarding food safety and hygiene violations, H-FAST inspected Bhadrachalam Cafe in Jubilee Hills in coordination with GHMC Food Safety Officer K. Moulika.
During inspection, several violations were found, including non-display of FSSAI licence, inadequate lighting, uncovered dustbins, absence of fly traps, improper washing-area partition, lack of food-handler medical records, missing pest-control and stock registers, improper covering and labelling of food items, and poor kitchen hygiene.
The observations were recorded and the person in charge was handed over to the FSO for necessary action under applicable food safety laws.
