Coordination Meeting Held with Ganesh Mandapam Organisers at Ibrahimpatnam
During the meeting, the organisers were briefed on the instructions issued by the Director General of Police and the Commissioner of Police, along with the important Do’s and Don’ts to be followed during the festival.
As part of the arrangements for Ganesh Festival–2026 and in accordance with the instructions of the Commissioner of Police, Future City Police Commissionerate, a coordination meeting was conducted by Ibrahimpatnam Police under the supervision of SHO M. Mahender Reddy with Ganesh Mandapam organisers and members of the Veerapatnam Ganesh Utsav Samithi.
During the meeting, the organisers were briefed on the instructions issued by the Director General of Police and the Commissioner of Police, along with the important Do’s and Don’ts to be followed during the festival.
The organisers were advised to ensure proper safety arrangements at the mandapams, follow traffic and sound regulations, maintain discipline, avoid inconvenience to the public and cooperate with the police for the smooth and safe conduct of the festivities.
ACP Ibrahimpatnam K.P.V. Raju, Traffic CI Ibrahimpatnam, Municipal Commissioner Ibrahimpatnam, SHO Ibrahimpatnam M. Mahender Reddy, concerned police personnel and organisers participated in the meeting.
