Heavy to Very Heavy Rains to Lash North, East Telangana
Hyderabad may witness one or two spells of moderate rain from the afternoon through the overnight hours.
Hyderabad: Due to the Low-Pressure Area (LPA), Telangana is likely to witness widespread rains today. According to the IMD, widespread heavy to very heavy downpours are expected in districts including Adilabad, Asifabad, Mancherial, Peddapalli, Jagtial, Bhupalapally, Mulugu, Bhadradri-Kothagudem, Mahabubabad, Nirmal and Nizamabad.
Kamareddy, Sircilla, Karimnagar, Siddipet, Sangareddy, Medak, Hanamkonda, Warangal, Jangaon, Suryapet, Khammam, Nalgonda, Vikarabad, Yadadri-Bhuvanagiri, Mahabubnagar, Wanaparthy and Narayanpet may experience widespread moderate to heavy rains over the next 24 hours.
Other districts of Telangana may receive scattered moderate rainfall.
