The 16th Naredco Telangana Property Show, showcasing over 500 real estate projects and bringing developers and financial institutions under one roof, began at Hitex on Friday. Deputy Chief Minister Mallu Bhatti Vikramarka inaugurated the three-day exhibition, which will conclude on November 1.
The exhibition features apartments, villas, plotted developments and commercial properties across Hyderabad and its surrounding areas, catering to different budgets and investment requirements. Participating financial institutions offer guidance on home loans and financing options, enabling visitors to compare projects and evaluate investment opportunities.
Bhatti said the government had prepared designs for development works worth ₹74,000 crore in Hyderabad and its surrounding areas, of which projects worth ₹55,000 crore had been sanctioned. Tendering was in progress for various works, while some projects had already commenced.
He said people would witness large-scale infrastructure development and construction activity across Hyderabad within a year. Naredco members were actively contributing to the state's growth through their investments and participation in development, he added.
Naredco-Telangana president Sreedhar Reddy Koppula said the property show had emerged as an important platform connecting developers, homebuyers and investors. The encouraging response on the opening day reflected the relevance of such exhibitions in creating business opportunities and facilitating interaction among industry stakeholders.
