The company has been handling the temple’s website and the online ticket issuance process since 2021.
Citing the recent disruptions in ticket booking, officials have now decided to restrict the firm’s operations. According to official sources, the department is making arrangements to issue tickets through TMS, another agency, and resume online bookings soon through the new company.
However, doubts have emerged over handing responsibilities back to TMS. Allegations of irregularities had surfaced earlier when TMS was managing ticket issuance in the past. An official announcement from the Endowments department on the matter is awaited.
