Lokesh to Open School Building, Attend Programmes in Krishna District Today

Education Minister Nara Lokesh will tour Krishna district on Monday, July 27, to participate in a series of official and public programmes including the inauguration of a new government school building at Punadipadu in Kankipadu mandal.

The minister would reach Edupugallu Cross Roads in Kankipadu mandal at 9.40am, where elected representatives and Telugu Desam leaders will welcome him. He would proceed to the Zilla Parishad HS junior college at Punadipadu to inaugurate the new girls' college building at 10.15am.

He would travel to Gosala village and take a brief break before attending a programme at the Ayana Convention Centre in Kankipadu village at 1pm.

Telugu Desam national vice-president YVB Rajendra Prasad appealed to party leaders and workers to ensure the success of Lokesh's visit to Punadipadu. Campaigning in Katuru, Kalavapamula and Bollapadu villages, he invited local leaders and cadres to participate in the events.
