Former YSRC Councillor Booked For Alleged Cheating
According to police, the couple alleged that Jagadeeswari had taken the money and gold after promising to arrange the job.

Visakhapatnam:Narsipatnam Town police have registered a cheating case against former YSRC councillor Veeramachineni Jagadeeswari for allegedly collecting Rs 50,000 in cash and three tolas of gold from a couple by promising to secure an attendant’s job for one of them at a mandal revenue office (MRO).
According to police, the couple alleged that Jagadeeswari had taken the money and gold after promising to arrange the job.
The couple further alleged that when they confronted her and sought the return of their money and gold after the job failed to materialise, she abused them in objectionable language.
Police registered a case under Section 318(4) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita (BNS).
