4-Year-Old Girl Dies After Falling Into Hot Sambar

Kurnool:A four-year-old girl died after accidentally falling into a vessel containing piping hot sambar at Kothapeta village in Devanakonda mandal of Kurnool district.
The victim, Meena, was the daughter of agricultural workers Upendra and Lalitha, who depend on farm labour for their livelihood.
According to sources, the family had recently arranged a borewell in their agricultural field and had prepared food at home for labourers working at the site. While the food was being readied for transport to the field on August 4, Meena, who was playing nearby, accidentally fell into a vessel of hot sambar.
