Atmosphere Core has appointed Neeraj Seth as Assistant Vice President – Communication, bringing more than 25 years of international experience across luxury hospitality, real estate, consumer technology, marketing and strategic communications.

Seth has worked across Africa, Asia, India and the Middle East, holding senior leadership positions with global and regional organisations. His experience spans strategic communications, public relations, media relations, brand positioning, digital communications, partnerships and major launches.

In his new role, Seth will lead strategic communication initiatives across Atmosphere Core's operations in the Maldives and Sri Lanka, with a focus on media relations, corporate communications and brand storytelling. He will work with the company's leadership and resort teams to identify and amplify stories, experiences and people across Atmosphere Core and its brands.

Commenting on the appointment, Stéphane Laguette, Chief Commercial Officer, Atmosphere Core, said Seth's international experience in marketing, communications and hospitality, along with his understanding of media and brand storytelling, would add expertise to the organisation as it expands its international profile.

Hospitality has been a key focus of Seth's recent career, covering luxury resorts, real estate and strategic communications. He has led pre-openings, launches, rebranding initiatives and integrated campaigns, as well as international media engagement and brand partnerships across key EMEIA markets. He has also served as an official media spokesperson for global hospitality and lifestyle brands.

Seth said he was looking forward to joining Atmosphere Core at an important stage of its growth and strengthening its communications, media relationships and international profile through market-relevant storytelling.

His appointment comes as Atmosphere Core expands its presence across South Asia and international markets, with strategic communications playing an increasingly important role in strengthening its brands, experiences and corporate reputation globally.
