Gorb, Ola tie up to offer food to riders at discounted rates

RC Puram police, which is probing the case of an Ola cab being burnt by four drivers near BHEL on Friday, has identified the car used by the suspects on CCTV but is unable to trace it as yet as the car had no registration number.

New Delhi: Food technology company Gorb today said it has partnered with cab aggregator Ola to offer food to consumers at discounted rates in Mumbai.

As per the deal, Ola riders will receive a code via SMS and mail every time they book a cab, which can be availed on the Gorb app or website to order food.

The offer, valid till April 30, will provide a discount of Rs 100 on a minimum order value of Rs 200, the company said in a statement.

Mayank Singh, Business Head, Gorb, said: "We are happy to associate with Ola to offer scrumptious meals at affordable prices to consumers. This is indeed a great offer for Mumbaikars to indulge in a variety of multi-cuisines prepared by top chefs across the city."

Launched in 2016, Gorb is a food-tech startup with a tagline 'Jaisa Mood Waisa Food'.
