Here is a look at the paralympians in action on Day 6 of the 2020 Tokyo Paralympic Games

Tokyo: It was a Super Sunday for the Paralympians as they secured three medals on Day 5 of the 2020 Tokyo Paralympics on Sunday.

The day kicked off with para-paddler Bhavina Patel, who lost the final 3-0 (7-11 5-11 6-11) to China's world no. 1 Ying Zhou but still secured the silver medal for India.

Soon after, Rakesh Kumar and Jyoti Baliyan, who participated in the Compound Archery Mixed Team event, lost to Oznur Cure and Bulent Korkmaz of Turkey to bow out of the showpiece event.

But the mood of the fans soon changed after para-high jumper Nishad Kumar secured a Silver Medal with his best jump of 2.07m in the men's high jump T47 final.

And to wrap up the day, Discuss Thrower Vinod Kumar won the bronze medal with a best effort of 19.91m in Men's Discus Throw F52 event.
