Hasin Jahan: Mohammed Shami is threatening me using unknown WhatsApp numbers
Kolkata: The Mohammed Shami-Hasin Jahan saga continues to be a topsy-turvy affair after Jahan alleged that her cricketer husband cheated on her with extra-marital affairs and he and his family tried to kill her. A lot has happened in the past seven days but the issue is far from over after Jahan, on Tuesday, alleged that Shami is threatening her.

Jahan, who had sought West Bengal Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee’s support, claimed that the Indian pacer is threatening her and telling her that she has ruined his cricket career.

“He messaged me yesterday, saying he wanted to speak with bebo (their daughter Aairah). I have known Shami since 2012 and I have interacted with him on messages, I very well know how he speaks. Shami asked someone else to message me from his number and messaged me, saying he wants to speak with bebo. I told him, had you been concerned, you would not have been involved in such a dirty thing, a crime,” Jahan said during a press conference on Tuesday.

“Then he asked me, what do you want? You are ruining my career. Solve this matter. I told him to come before media and confess his crime. Then he said, I have confirmed our marriage. He is answering like that,” she added.
“Then he messaged me, saying, you have not done anything less with me. So, you can clearly understand that he is in no mood for a patch up. He is threatening me. He is keen to save his career. The person who accepts his mistake, wants to save his family and career, that person will speak softly, normally with love. That person will neither threaten nor will ask someone else to message. He called me on WhastApp and asked, don’t you feel ashamed? You have put our family in a spot. So, why should I listen to him?” Jahan continued.
“Swear on you dead father and say that I have made false accusations against you. Then I cut the call,” she concluded.
