Your penis is no doubt a viral part of your manhood and treating it right is very important. But without your knowledge, some of your daily habits might be harming your manhood.

Hence it’s important to make sure that your actions are not causing any permanent damage to your solider.

Here’s a list of four common habits that are hurting your penis. If you want to be healthy and strong then you surely need to be cautious.

  • You’re not exercising enough

A study was conducted that shows the link between erectile functioning and physical activity and how the one thing affects the other.

The people involved in the study were question about their physical activity and about their sex life. The results revealed that one who exercised more had better erectile functioning than one who didn’t workout that often. If you are among these people, start working out at least 3-4 hours a week and enjoy better sex life.

  • You smoke a lot:

If you are a passive smoker, you are already aware of its ill effect. But you are not aware of the fact that it damages your sperm quality as well. If you have damaged sperms, it will have a hard time when it will come to fertilizing an egg. So if you intend to plan a family someday, then now is the time you stop smoking or at least cut down on it.

  • If you are not getting enough sex:

Many studies claim that, men who don’t have enough sex are at higher risk of developing an erectile dysfunction. In simple words it means that if you are having sex once a month, maybe you should have it once a week. You can surely remember the quote here, “If you don’t use it, you will lose it”.

  • Eating too much junk:

A study conducted by Hayward University in 2011 revealed that eating a lot of junk food increasing erectile dysfunction in men. Eating junk and smoking almost has same harmful effects on your manhood, so try eating something healthy for better sex life.
