Novotel Vijayawada Varun, in collaboration with Grand Mercure Mysore, hosts a culinary festival celebrating Karnataka’s regal cuisine

Novotel Vijayawada Varun is set to bring the grandeur of Karnataka’s Mysore to Andhra Pradesh with a royal culinary showcase at its all-day dining restaurant, Food Exchange. The Royal Mysore Food Festival, curated in collaboration with chefs from Grand Mercure Mysore, will run from August 14 to 23, followed by a special Royal Mysore Brunch Feast on August 24.

The event promises an immersive journey into Mysore’s rich cultural and culinary traditions, guided by Chef Narsimha from Grand Mercure Mysore. Guests can look forward to signature dishes including Koli Ghee Roast, Mangalorean Green Masala Fish, Masala Wada, Avalakki Habe Kadubu, Avarekalu Chicken Curry, Mandya Mutton Curry, and Kundapur Chicken Curry. Live counters will serve freshly prepared regional delicacies, while the restaurant’s décor will reflect Mysore’s royal heritage.
