Novotel Hyderabad Airport Unveils ‘Broth & Beyond’ Asian Dining Experience
Friday Evenings To Feature Japanese, Vietnamese, Thai And Korean Noodles And Broths
Food lovers in the city can embark on a flavourful culinary journey across Asia this September as Novotel Hyderabad Airport presents “Broth & Beyond”, a Friday evening dining experience celebrating the diverse noodle and broth traditions of Japan, Vietnam, Thailand and Korea.
Held every Friday in September at Food Exchange, Novotel Hyderabad Airport, the experience features interactive live cooking stations where guests can customise their bowls with a selection of broths, noodles and accompaniments.
The Japanese section features favourites such as Miso Ramen and Spicy Tantan Broth, served with Udon and Soba. Guests can further customise their bowls with toppings including Chashu Chicken, Soy-Marinated Egg, Bamboo Shoots and Nori.
Vietnamese flavours take centre stage with Chicken Pho and Lemongrass Vegetable Pho, paired with traditional rice noodles and fresh condiments. The Thai selection includes Thai Coconut Curry and Tom Yum Broths, served with rice or egg noodles and accompaniments such as grilled chicken, prawns, fried tofu and mushrooms.
Korean cuisine is represented through Gochujang Spicy Broth and Kimchi Broth, paired with wheat or glass noodles and toppings including Kimchi and Soft Egg.
Complementing the made-to-order noodle and broth stations is an extensive buffet spread at Food Exchange, offering guests a variety of dishes to complete the evening. The combination of live cooking, customised bowls and a lavish buffet is positioned as a dining experience for families, friends and food enthusiasts looking to explore Asian flavours.
