Held at the hotel’s all-day dining restaurant Caraway Kitchen on Sunday, 13th July 2025, this brunch is a tribute to the Seven Sisters of India – Arunachal Pradesh, Assam, Manipur, Meghalaya, Mizoram, Nagaland, and Tripura.
Crafted to showcase the distinct cuisines, ingredients, and traditional cooking methods from the Northeast, the brunch promises a gastronomic journey through the region’s most beloved dishes. Guests can savour an array of flavours, including Sanpiau, a comforting rice porridge from Mizoram; Thukpa, a hearty noodle soup from Arunachal Pradesh; Amitar Khar, a unique preparation with raw papaya and alkaline water from Assam; Jadoh, a fragrant rice and meat dish from Meghalaya; Kulli Chana, a spicy black chickpea delicacy from Manipur; and Ombil, a bamboo shoot and chicken curry from Nagaland.
