Pizzas to Bowls: Scuzi’s Menu Options Will Leave You Spoilt for Choice
The latest to join the cloud kitchen bandwagon is Scuzi, a brand that’s been making waves in the food scene with its diverse and innovative menu offerings

Who would have thought that cloud kitchens could make you forget restaurants? At least in Hyderabad, this is becoming a reality. Cloud kitchens are no more just about homegrown chefs delivering comfort food; entrepreneurs have taken the experience to the next level by introducing gourmet dishes with endless options.
Enter Scuzi, the Latest Sensation
The latest to join the cloud kitchen bandwagon is Scuzi, a brand that’s been making waves in the food scene with its diverse and innovative menu offerings. From wood-fired pizzas and chicken tenders to gourmet burgers, falafel, and beet bowls, Scuzi has something to tantalize every taste bud.
Scuzi is the brainchild of Tollywood actor Chaitanya Akkineni and Varun Tripuraneni, whose earlier venture, Shoyu, was also a cloud kitchen that delivered impressive Pan Asian fare. The duo has joined hands with Arjun and Saniya Jaiswal to create a culinary experience that’s both comforting and gourmet.
Apparently, Akkineni Naga Chaitanya’s love for pizza at a Goa restaurant sparked the idea for Scuzi. The founders saw a huge potential for a premium food delivery service in Hyderabad and decided to fill that gap. And, boy, did they succeed!
Scuzi’s menu is a foodie’s paradise, with options galore to satisfy every craving. We tried a few of their signature dishes, and here’s what we thought:
The Slow Burn pizza was a revelation, with its unique combination of scuzi hot sauce, fresh mozzarella, jalapenos, sautéed button mushrooms, pimento peppers, roasted garlic, green capsicum, and candied walnuts, finished with a romesco drizzle and sprinkled with parmesan on top.
The Splash pizza was another standout, with its white sauce, fresh mozzarella, Vod-Ka sauce, tomato basil sauce, basil pesto, and parmesan. The Rigatoni Blanco with Truffle oil was a game-changer, with its creamy sauce and perfectly cooked pasta. The Aglio olio was another classic dish with a modern twist.
The Scuzi special garlic bread with cheese was a welcome departure from the usual ones available in the market. The Souled Burgers were blockbuster items on the menu, with the Gully Boy burger being a particular highlight. The burger was stuffed with shallow-fried seasonal vegetables patty, fresh romaine lettuce, Scuzi green sauce, white onions, fresh tomatoes, and pecorino cheese.
Scuzi’s dips are another USP of the brand, with different options to try with different items. The Jerk Chicken Bowl was a standout, served with pearl barley, red peppers, beetroot, and lemon dressing, making it both satiating and nutritious.
The Tres leches cake with caramelized popcorn was a unique twist on a classic dessert. The Dark Chocolate Eclair and Salted Caramel Eclair were also must-try items, along with the classic Tiramisu.
Despite being a cloud kitchen, Scuzi’s packaging and presentation are top-notch. Each dish is carefully packed and presented, ensuring that the food arrives in perfect condition. Overall, Scuzi is a game-changer in the cloud kitchen scene, offering a diverse range of gourmet dishes that are both comforting and innovative. With its strong emphasis on quality, authenticity, and attention to detail, Scuzi is sure to become a favourite among foodies in Hyderabad.
