SOCIAL’s ‘The Big Drop’ Is Here — And It’s Wacky, Wholesome, and Wonderfully Delicious

From ramen with desi twists to dunkables for chai time, SOCIAL’s latest all-day menu is a colourful, flavour-packed food revolution

What happens when India’s most loved café-bar decides to stir the pot and go bold with flavours? You get The Big Drop — SOCIAL’s latest all-day menu that’s shaking up the scene with a riot of colours, quirky combinations, and a whole lot of heart. From ramen bowls that flirt with desi gravies to chai-time classics getting a crunchy new lease on life, the new menu is all about indulgence, comfort, and just the right amount of madness.

“This is our biggest food drop yet,” shares a spokesperson from SOCIAL. “We have always believed in staying close to our communities — what they are eating, craving, sharing. This menu is a direct reflection of that.”

Let’s break it down, shall we?

Breakfast now comes in sandwich form — yes, you heard that right. Think Cheese Scramble with avo, or the Tokyo Pinja Meringue Sandwich that’s sweet, fluffy, and full of surprises. Of course, if you are more of a sit-down-and-soak-in-the-morning person, there’s a whole new breakfast tray game. Divya’s Chic Breakfast Tray and Ranveer’s English Breakfast offer the works – eggs, toast, sausages, the whole shebang.

Ramen fans, SOCIAL’s got your slurp game sorted. From Kimchi Momo to the wild card — Peanut Butter & Smoke Chilli Ramen, there’s something for everyone. But the real showstoppers? Kerala Prawn Stew Ramen and Nihari Mutton Ramen, my food companion that loves non-veg says. It’s your favourite Indian curries reimagined in a bowl of noodles. Genius? Absolutely.

Need a quick fix? The Snacks & Chaat section reads like a love letter to Indian galli food — Golgappa, Bambai Sandwich, Toast-E-Galawati. “These are flavours we have all grown up with, but we have given them the SOCIAL twist,” the spokesperson adds.

Then there’s Dunkables — a whole new category dedicated to chai-time. Bun Maska, Khari, Biscoots... perfect for that office gossip sesh or 4 PM existential crisis.

Momo lovers, rejoice. Popcorn Chicken Momos and Soupy Shrimp Momos are here to spice things up. And for the grazers? The Munchies section is full of wild cards — think Gochujong Glazed Mushrooms, A PhD in Papad (yes, really), and Pork Belly Pops.

If you are a full-plate kind of eater, head straight to Substantials and Thalis. Parkstreet Chicken, Pepper Chicken with Black Rice Congee, and those classic Veg/Non-Veg Tiffins hit all the right nostalgic notes.

Wrap things up with desserts that make you grin — Banoffee Pie, Dessert Nachos, and Basque Cheesecake — and sip on something funky, like the White Chocolate Matcha Vanilla Latte or good ol’ Defunct.

“We wanted every section to feel like a discovery,” they say. “Whether you’re here for breakfast or post-work drinks, there’s something new to try every time.”

Basically, The Big Drop isn’t just a menu launch — it’s SOCIAL being its most delicious, daring self. Go hungry.
