Hyderabad: One of India's most celebrated Indian restaurants, Comorin Mumbai, by EHV International, is bringing its acclaimed culinary philosophy to Kangan at The Westin Hyderabad Mindspace Hyderabad for an exclusive two-night pop-up on 21st and 22nd August 2026.

Designed by Chef Dhiraj Dargan - Brand Chef and Chef Anuj Bhalla - Head Chef, the collaboration will present a special set menu paired with a selected wine pairing programme, offering Hyderabad diners a rare opportunity to experience Comorin's signature flavours without leaving the city. The experience unfolds through a specially designed set menu featuring Comorin's signature reinterpretations of regional Indian flavours. Highlights include the Dahi Batata Puri with Masala Kachalu and Wasabi, the restaurant's beloved Pao Bhaji with Caramelized Onion Paos, a choice of mains such as Champaran Mutton or Badam Kathal Ki Nihari, and a nostalgic dessert finale featuring Cheeni Malai Toast with Honeycomb and Shakarkandi ka Halwa with Basundi Foam.

Known for his nuanced approach to pairing Indian flavours with international wines, Rodrigues has selected a progression of varietals that enhance the texture, spice and complexity of each course. The pairings move from Riesling, Pinot Grigio and Sauvignon Blanc for the lighter, brighter dishes to Chardonnay and Pinot Noir for the prelude courses, before deepening into Shiraz, Sangiovese, Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon alongside the richer vegetarian and non-vegetarian mains.
