Carnival by Tresind Serves Independence Day Feast with Street-Food Flair
Special 8-course menu, Gol Gappa cart, Tri-Colour Gola, and live music mark the celebrations in Mumbai

This Independence Day, Carnival by Trèsind offers guests a unique culinary journey that captures the vibrant spirit of India through its special 8-course experiential menu, reimagined with festive colours and flavours.
On August 15, the restaurant will blend nostalgic street-food favourites with modern gastronomy, featuring highlights like a specially introduced Gol Gappa cart, serving bold, flavourful fillings, and a Tri-Colour Gola inspired by the Indian flag’s saffron, white, and green hues.
The celebration culminates with the signature dessert, Carnival Celebration, combining layers of vanilla, pistachio crumble, chocolate, apricot, mango gel, and caramel sauce—a decadent homage to India’s rich culinary heritage.
Guests can also enjoy live unplugged music from 1 pm onwards, enhancing the festive atmosphere and offering a complete patriotic dining experience.
Carnival by Trèsind is located on the 7th floor of Krishna Curve Building, Santacruz (West), Mumbai, and operates from 12 pm to 5 pm and 6 pm to 12 am.
