Hyderabad: Hyderabad’s dining landscape is set to welcome a distinctive culinary experience as Mamazaki by Chef Farha Naaz comes to Raen – The Chef’s Studio at The Leela Hyderabad, from 18th April to 3rd May (excluding Sundays). Led by MasterChef India fame Chef Farha Naaz, this is a limited- edition pop-up, invites guests to explore the rich and nuanced cuisine of Northeast India — where tradition meets contemporary expression.

The pop-up is set to features a curated tasting menu by Chef Farha Naaz, Founder of Mamazaki - a culinary consultancy and concept kitchen rooted in Guwahati. Known for transforming regional ingredients into compelling dishes, Mamazaki offers a modern interpretation of Northeast India’s diverse food culture. Highlights include Joha Yakhni Arancini, Datshi Dumplings, Pani Pitha Crepes, Omita Khaar Soup, and a refined version of the beloved Bihu Jolpan.

With a background in agricultural engineering and a celebrated run on MasterChef India Season 8, Farha’s food is deeply rooted in memory, place, and purpose. At Raen – The Chef’s Studio, she brings the stories of the seven sisters to your plate - flavors both familiar and entirely novel, crafted with fresh seasonal produce, aromatic spices from that region, and a dash of creative whimsy.

Expect slow-cooked stews, spice-forward relishes, indigenous herbs, and more across carefully composed tasting menus. With her unique ingredient-forward approach, Farha invites Hyderabad to discover the lesser- known, vibrant culinary traditions of the Northeast - presented in a fine dining avatar.
